This is where you come in…

We’re looking for a strong task focused person to be an integral part of our Company Gear (“CG”) Division. This person has customer service and business-to-business experience, a people first mindset and a passion to tackle new projects & improve processes as they arise. The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (‘’ISR’’) helps deliver amazing sales and service to our mid-market customers from product procurement through coordination of customization.

This is what a successful team member does…

  • Manages multiple clients’ uniform and general custom garment orders
  • Builds enduring relationships and gains trust to advise customers of general screen printing, embroidery, promo items and products
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to entire division
  • Organize, plan and expand services and general order frequency for all mid-market business segments
  • Assists the outside sales team in managing inbound leads, new account activations, special orders and servicing existing customers
  • Accurately handles payment transactions and client credit assessments
  • Helps with the billing and collection process for all clients
  • Manages and services leads to drive additional sales opportunities through account management and sales calls
  • Gathers and utilizes business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
  • Prepares of mock-ups, estimates, & CG recommendations based on our proprietary activation process.
  • Works with company leadership team to develop strategies to further develop market share
  • Conducts presentation meetings with potential clients – as needed – to share our services and/or activate new accounts
  • Schedules and coordinates commercial fittings during the activation period.
  • Processes incoming sales orders and assists in conversion of new leads

  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge – training will be provided
  • Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours when applicable
  • Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customers’ expectations (Welcoming)
  • Persuasive, builds enthusiasm, and inspires the customer to buy (Engaging)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals preferred
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency
  • Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
  • Understand what it means to be customer-centric in your approach to everything
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (word, powerpoint, excel, outlook)
  • Ability to learn and use software and services for logo updates / vector file conversion
